Our baby is one year old today. This is such an exciting time of year and today was another wonderful fun exciting day of celebration. I remember going through the last day of school last year with contractions, just happy to be able to get through Becca's recital and Brayden's last day of school. There is so much going on so we have a lot of fun memories. James was quite confused why everyone kept singing happy birthday to him-although usually by the end of the song he would crack a smile. We spent the morning at the park where he enjoyed a nice little snooze and then the rest of the day waiting and preparing for family and friends to arrive. Family was delayed due to car issues (they did make it just later in the evening) but we had a fun dinner celebration with friends. The most fun today was seeing how excited the other kids got for James. Brayden was up super early making a card-complete with writing, super sweet coming from Brayden. Becca was all about helping James do anything. They are most excited to see him walk-James gets soo excited when he walks because everyone is cheering for him. This is such a fun time for everyone!
My sister asked for a picture of the boys together and I realized I didn't have any...I think it is because Brayden has been busy with school. They are such bubbies right now, James just lights up when Brayden interacts with him.
