Just a quick person note. I am trying to do a little more bike riding, maybe just trying to spend a little time with Ron (not quite sure what he thinks). Anyway, Wednesday evenings there is a bike ride that he sometimes rides-lots of teams and independent riders. They all show up around 5, 5:30 and ride. Tonight I tagged along-or I should say huffed and puffed along. I swear Ron doesn't breath-I would ride up next to him after digging up a never ending hill, panting and he would look over at me as give me this grin like the hill was nothin. Regardless of the hills they were all worth it seeing as I reached my fasted top speed on one HUGE down hill-47mps, worth all the work getting to the top. I love downhills-but then again who wouldn't! Typical OK spring weather, we did get rained on. I had a brief thought of diving in a ditch if I saw a tornado-I think the weather men have me paranoid. I did learn that in rain you can not draft-bad for me. All in all if was a great experience, although I am still wondering who Ron was chasing as I don't think we ever caught him! I am just thankful he is will to have me tag along.
