More Saturday Fun

Saturday was such a fun day for all of us.  After spending some time playing around the finish line of the Tulsa Run we headed home for a little bit of lunch followed by another Saturday soccer game.  It has been so nice that the times have worked out great this season.  Brayden loves playing and holds his own as sweeper in the back.  The girls and James stayed busy at the side lines with all the other siblings watching.  The favorite part of the kids day besides for the evening pumpkin carving party was the afternoon, spent playing with friends.  It amazes me how they can stay busy-active for multiple hours, a little crazy/loud but then again they were outdoors.  We ended our Saturday with friends and a fall pumpkin carving party.  So nice to be able to just hang out with friends-so nice we could almost forget about carving pumpkins!  Some how we ended up with some super thick pumpkins this year and some very intricate pattens...I am retiring as of this year, and not because I have done a good job because I am just no good at carving anything that the standard jack-o-lantern, which of course no one wants!  Anyway, a fun weekend-family, friends and lots of fun...perfect!

The kids love seeing the baby's.  Andrea was in little Noah's face trying to get him to smile-so fun when he actually smiles back at her.

Some non-partial judging from our neighbor-she had a pretty hard time.

The pumpkin carving bunch-13 kids between the four families (minus one who was home sick).  It was pretty late in the evening when we finally got around to this picture....I think the kids sugar high was finally giving out!
Take your pic....some pretty impressive carving.  The more tools they come out with the more elaborate the pumpkins become.
