The beautiful spring like weather continued today. It is crazy how warm it is, both Ron and I ran today with shorts and short sleeves...I was hot! My daffodils are two inches above the ground! Today, Brayden went back to basketball . He was a little unsure last night, worried because he said he didn't know how to play. Turned out it was not a big deal, not a whole lot of strategy to the game just the basics of dribbling and shooting (which is what they really need to learn)-defense has to stay on one assigned spot so it isn't too crazy. There were two games this morning but it didn't seem to phase him too much, we taped his fingers together and he was able to play without any problems. We enjoyed hanging out today, both Ron and I were able to get a run in this afternoon and the kids had fun swinging, riding bikes and playing with friends. We ended the day with a stop at Turkey Mountain, the parking lot was overflowing...as at all the area parks but it quickly thinned out with the sun set. It was a perfect late evening walk.

| The kids has a fun time exploring. We had to hike to the big rock which Ron and Brayden had helped clean trash up around. Funny how at six Brayden is still into rocks. Andrea was silly and Becca was too cute hiking in her favorite frilly skirt. James tolerated the walk-runny nose and all-as long as Ron was moving he enjoyed his view up on daddy's back. |
