This afternoon the kids and some friends did some serious cupcake decorating. Okay, so we have nothing to present as everything was basically eaten while the decorating was going on but the kids sure enjoyed all the fun. Brayden had some spider and bats from sugar that he was excited to put on. He actually ate them...surprising as he usually doesn't eat much of anything that is sweet. Becca on the other had loves sweets and spent much of her time licking the frosting off. She enjoying putting on some fall leave sprinkles but enjoyed the frosting the most. At one moment we had about 6 kids at the table and not a word was spoken as all were busy licking frosting. We had a total of 7 kids and all enjoyed the afternoon. At one point we all looked at Zachery (Becca's age) and he had a sugar cookie just mounded with sprinkles. Katherine, also 2 would add some more sprinkles every time she took a lick off her frosting. It was so fun to see all the kids just had fun. Andrea just wanted the cupcakes. She had been refusing to use the sign for more but she was doing it in high form to make sure we all knew she wanted more cupcakes. I think she would have eaten a third if I let her. They were pretty good as I did take a moment to enjoy one myself. Good thing because after coming back from our run tonight we found out that Ephie thought they were pretty good as well!
