The big day has come and gone but we did celebrate, I am just a little late in updating. This year both Ron and I turn 40. I always think that on these "big" birthdays or anniversary's that we would be doing something big or special. Turns out God always had different plans and we are learning to be okay with his path for our life. The day was special and most of all reminded all of us our much we love and appreciate RON!
The kids have been watching baking shows and were all about making the cake-this was the most memorable! All four kids in around the counter, covered in flour making the fondant-which they were all excited to do and then sadly discovered it didn't taste as good as they thought. This cake was after all of Ron's little circuit boards-raspberryPi/adruino
The kids all made little gifts-I love that they all want to come up with something, I think the girls were working at little projects for two weeks.
A couple silly gifts arrived in the mail that day-they gave everyone a good laugh!
