Happy Birthday James! TWO!!

Hard to believe the little guy is two, although he keeps up with his siblings he is still my baby.  James has had a busy couple of days-loving most all of it...except for time spent in his car seat-typical!  Friday night we were able to head out to the Driller's baseball game.  There was a new splash pad at the park but James wanted nothing to do with it-crazy busy with kids, the other three had a ton of fun.  If you can believe we were at the ball park for four hours!  The game when into the twelfth inning before breaking a tie game.  We were ready to call it an evening at inning 8 but it was a firework night and the kids were pumped.  We stayed and the firework show was AWESOME maybe a little much for James but still pretty spectacular.  Needless to say we were able to sing to James as the clock struck Midnight-what a night, but good fun.  The downfall of the evening was arriving to a hot house.  For having the "mac daddy" of air conditioners installed a couple years ago it sure has not been living up to all the reviews.  Thank goodness for being exhausted and having ceiling fans because we all slept great (except poor Ron trying to figure out what to do about the air situation).  Saturday/today we ended up at the pool, the air did eventually start-almost more frustrating because no problem was discovered.  James loved the pool-drink.  All the kids swam for three hours-except for Andrea who bit the dust midway.  James never stopped jumping and throwing his little shark-his lips were blue and he was shaking all over but still crying to go back to the "drink" as we walked out.  After dinner we concluded his birthday day with a couple presents and his cake-baseball of course. So special to see the kids get excited to make it special.  Becca had worked at cards and wrapping gifts, Brayden was on James entertainment duty so we could work.  James is more ball obsessed than Brayden ever was-crazy, but tons of fun!  Tonight the little/big two year old is sleeping with his little wooden bat from the driller's game and his new baseball t-shirt which he didn't want to take off.  What a fun little guy.

Just a brief birthday pose...he is such a happy little guy (most of the time!)

All the kid just love James, it is so hard for them to give him his space!

Time for Presents, Brayden could hardly bear to watch James play catch without him.

This bunch is getting rowdier by the day!
