PROGRESS

So I have to update on both girls tonight. Becca has been amazing this week, I hardly dare say but I believe that she had conquered the potty training thing. I say SHE because I really didn't do a whole lot with her-unlike Brayden where I tried every praise/reward tactic in the book. She is so proud of her new panties that we got-all princess, although she calls them babies. I should say it is easier having two out of diapers, but all that means is that I am now on the bathroom hunt everywhere I go!
On to Andrea, who now has her top two teeth. She has done very well with the whole teething thing. She is a little bit more whining and clinging but continues to sleep and eat like a trooper, I don't think her legs can get any more chunky! She loves feeding herself and wants nothing to do with baby food. I have gotten used to seeing her without teeth, so the top two that just came in look HUGE and kind of funny when she laughs.
Brayden was the great fisherman last night. We all went as a family to the aquarium to our fishing class. Brayden must really listen because the first two fish he caught were some big cat fish-biggest I have seen pulled out of that pond. Everyone was excited but Becca-she wanted a "little fish." If you can believe it we actually caught about 6 little sun fish after that-she was pretty excited. We then lost about two hooks to some big fish we never could real in. It was a fun night, except Brayden was a little concerned daddy made some of the fish bleed-YUCK, and one fish flipped in becca's face, making her jump and run away in a big hurry.

Today we did the group thing with our small group from church and headed out to the zoo. Let's just say it was a little too nutty for me- about 12 kids all around 7 and under. It was like trying to herd birds-the boys would take off, you would yell to them to wait, then deal with the one's crying at your feet while trying to push forward, all the while yelling for the ones in la-la land walking aimlessly about 10 feet behind to move it! Along with the Tulsa heat/wind and some of the usual exhibits closed, it was a little bit of a long morning. All three kids had cheeks as red as apples by the time we left. On the flip side they all took great naps except for little Andrea who bit the dust amongst the chaos somewhere around the bears.

Sorry, for all the updates I have no pictures!! Some how with my scatterbrain mind the memory card did not make it back into the camera the other day.
