Michigan Apples

I received a bunch of apples from MI the other weekend and was not totally prepared for all the peeling that comes with making applesauce.  Turns out I could have gotten more apples!  With many eager hands and a handy apple peeler/corer the job was done in no time-and everyone was still smiling by the time we hit the last apple.  I should have bought an apple peeler a LONG time ago!
