Okay....not really, just Ron's crazy idea. It was predicted that we were going to get 8-10inches of snow, thankfully we didn't get that much....maybe 5 inches. The kids are home from school...again, and were ready to play outside shortly after breakfast. We are all getting pretty good at getting on all our snow gear, even James doesn't protest too much anymore. The kids love just hanging out-we are getting pretty good at finding things to do, between playing in the snow, hot chocolate, playing Wii, reading, school work, valentines and lots of coloring our morning is plenty full. Funny thing is that even though we are home all morning all four kids are pretty tired and so we have a wonderful quiet time-my favorite!
I know that I have had a ton of snow pictures but it really is fun to see the kids head out to play-Michigan friends and family might not understand the thrill but when we only see this much snow once a year it really is fun! Here are the kids all ready to head out and play.
The sun came out at the end of the day, it was just beautiful. The kids did a little sledding and playing before heading in for supper.

Very funny...the coal better be intact, otherwise next year I will get another one and give it to your whole family!
