We are a complete family once again. This weekend I was able to go back to MI for my grandpa's funeral. I took James but left the other kids with Ron. It was funny how much I missed all the fun and craziness of our house. It was wonderful to be home in MI with just one kid-who was spoiled rotten, but then he is just so cute, with tons of smiles. Being able to attend the funeral and spend time with family was so nice and being able to have complete conversations was very refreshing. Hearing all the memories that surrounded Grandpa's life, and seeing many people whose lives he impacted, filled my heart and only made me realize how full his life really was. Despite the occasion it was a very nice trip home.

I'm so glad that you got to go to MI for the funeral and had quality time with family. I'm also glad that you are home, the kids missed you. Ron did do a great job with the kiddos. We were impressed!! Way to go Ron!
