Ron is always full of ideas and for the past couple of nights he had talked about making sorbet with the kids. Tonight was the night and they were excited. I was out having a little time to myself but when I arrived home I was greeted by kids jumping around bursting to tell and show me what they made. With just some rock salt, ice and V8 fruit smoothie they actually made some pretty good Sorbet. I think the best part was they got to jump around for ten minutes shaking the bag getting it to cool and solidify. Its a pretty good evening snack-considering I can actually enjoy a little later tonight!Thursday, January 21, 2010
SOMETHING NEW SOMETHING FUN

What fun--Ron is creative:) I think I remembered this post because yesterday I ordered Sherbet at the ice cream shop--soo good! HOpe you are feeling ok and can make those "curtain" decisions :)
