WHAT A MEAL

This is everyone before we spent much of the afternoon recovering from our thanksgiving meal.

I didn't do very well in taking pictures of all the preparation today but this was one moment we did capture. Becca and Brayden were not happy that they missed stuffing the turkey. I had gotten up quite early with my mom to get the job done so they were delegated to unstuff the turkey, which they eventually were okay with. It was a wonderful meal, the kids didn't last long and I think we had another whole meal of leftovers....but delicious-even at nine o'clock at night!

Brayden finally got to set off his Rocket, which he got for his birthday (we kind of forgot we had it)

Funny thing was everyone had lots of fun putting it together and then setting it off.

Even Becca was brave enough to set off the trigger, she was pretty set on not even going to the field when we told her we were setting off a rocket.

This is why my kids love having family over-there is always someone willing to play.
