Fall Colors

The trees are finally all turning this past weekend and the colors are beautiful. It also helps that it has been in the mid seventies with the deepest blue sky to complement all the different color shades on the trees. Becca loves collecting leaves, every time we drop of Brayden at school she has to pick up 2 or three bright red leaves and carry them up the steps. Brayden on the other hand could care less and just loves to ram in the leaves. As always when I decide to get the camera out things never go as imagined. So, we made it out Sunday evening but by the time we got to the park the sun was setting and the shadows were terrible. For some reason the kids had picked gum from their Halloween stash and so trying to get them to smile was worse than normal-other than the cheesy cheeeesssse that I got there was not a lot of smiles. Ephie had the most fun as another German shepherd showed up and both had tons of fun running off leash. The darkness has set in, meaning it was pitch dark at 6pm! Brayden's bike is now outfitted with lights as well as the jogger.

Today Brayden brought home the alphabet box from school, the drill is that the child needs to fill it with things starting with the letter of the week. Guess was the letter of the week is U!!! Great, what starts with U besides umbrella and underwear?? Leave it to Ron to help out. I arrived back at the house tonight to a proud Brayden with a full box, can you guess what was in it? A USB memory devise, UPC label, U Bolt-I don't think any will work for the four year old class!

I'm always impressed that you can get all three to sit together long enough for a picture. I only have two and I can't do that.
After reading your post, I sat for a couple of minutes and could only think of Umpire. Got one of those?

the first pic of the kids is awesome. I love that they sit still for you AND all look at the camera.

How 'bout an UNO card...?? Got an UNO game?

I thought the pictures were really good. I love fall pictures. All I could think of was ukelele but you probably don't have one of those.

How about Under Armor? :) Or something upside down? Great pictures Beth! I love the one of Becca--she looks like she loves posing for the camera. Good luck on these last weeks before the race--don't eat too much candy. (I threw my candy corn out because I was eating too much of it.)
