We have been having a ton of rain...I am most thankful that our drainage issues are not like they were last year. I think we might have a muddy pool if things had not gotten fixed. We did have a little issue with our ditch-leading to our neighbors getting a river running through their yard and house but for the most part we are dry..thankfully!! Games have been cancelled or played in the mud, I actually bought a rain coat for Becca-I feel like I am living in MI and not sunny OK!
I missed Heidi, our cute little neighbor girl playing knee deep in this mud/water and rain.
I got to tag along with Becca's class on their Tour of Tulsa. It was a full day of discovering the history of our town. Super interesting and very tiring. We drove all over seeing the sights of Tulsa, and learning about the History and wealth that built this town. What a story-lots of beautiful buildings, interesting monuments and memorable moments we learned and will hopefully remember.
You can't miss eating at a Coney Island....Hotdogs only, cheese or chili with mustard and onions pop and chips....and thats it! The kids love it. This is the original found downtown of course.
Most fun goofing off with friends, in the parking lot.
So much to see, Jazz hall, old train depot, center of the universe...most interesting at this moment was the train.
Such a special day spent with Becca-although this day left us all beat!
Did I mention that it won't stop raining!!
Goofy girls at Cain Ballroom.
Yes, we still do a bit of piano but if this says anything you know we are not as dedicated to it as we should be.
