My Cleaning Buddy

James is such a trooper, with all things that come from moving.  How different are the last kids from the first.  I remember spending hours on the playroom floor wondering how many more books I was going to have to read or toys to play with before rest time arrived, the minutes/hours slowly ticking by  Now I spend most of my days wishing time would slow down as errands and my "to do" list seem full during the short school hours.  Lately James spends most of his days hanging with me, cleaning and working.  He never complains and sadly has started to ask in the morning when the kids leave what jobs we need to do.  This morning on the way to school I was venting to Ron on the phone about all the work I was doing at the old house-overwhelming, and complaining how it was just a solo job.  I realize this is just the reality we live in but it helps to vent every now and then.  Funny thing was James was listening from the back seat and halfway through my complaining session I hear him yell...."I help!!"  Oh-he helps me in more ways than one.  Smiles go a long way these days!
