WHERE ARE ALL THE KNOBS????

Okay, so the other day Andrea was playing with Becca's jewelry box and I sat down next to her to wined it up.  When I felt for the little knob on the back of the box it was gone-just the little screw end which is impossible to turn.  I just figured it fell off in the mist of the girls mess of toys, I was a little annoyed because it can't play music, but oh well....there are worse things.  Then a couple days later I was cleaning and noticed that one lamp was missing the little turn knob needed to turn it on.  A little suspicious but what was I going to do about it???  Then I decided to check out the other lamp in the living room, what do you know it too was missing it's knob.  This makes both lamps useless-very annoying to me, more so because I don't know who is doing this or how to fix them, and I am stuck with two dead lamps.  On to today, my parents came into town and brought with them a gift for the kids-a musical snow globe.  The kids love winding it up, shaking it and listening to the Christmas music, so before bed I decided to wind it up one last time.  I picked it up, went to wined it...what do you think.....NO KNOB-WHAT IN THE WORLD!!!! WHO IS STEALING ALL THE KNOBS?????  All the kids where called into the room and questioned.  Finally Andrea gave in and sheepishly pointed to the stack of books next to the globe.  Funny, there hidden underneath was the snow globe knob.  ohhhh, now I have caught my little stealer!!!  So where is the knob for the lamp?  I really didn't think she would know seeing as I had noticed it missing a good two weeks ago.  Once again she sheepishly pointed to behind the couch-bingo, another knob. Yeah, we can turn the light on.  What a little stinker!  We haven't located the other two but at least I know who was dismantling my lamps and music boxes.
